...and I am a photographer. Well, I'm not only a photographer.
I'm also a fiance, a mother of 2 boys and a future nurse. Photography has always been a rather large part of my life.
I've been fascinated with pictures and picture-taking for as long as I can remember.
I'm pretty nuts when it comes to photographing my kids. I take at least 100 pictures a day. They have very well documented
lives.
People have been telling me for a long time that I should be doing photography profesionally, but I just blew them off.
Until recently.
I mean, I love photography...I love making people smile with pictures I take of or for them....why not
turn this wonderful hobby into a profession??
So now I've taken my photography and created a small "business" with it. But, you have to understand, this isn't, and
never will be, about the money. They money gets me new and updated equipment and creates a little cushion for myself.
Since I am a stay-at-home-mom already, my photography isn't a defining factor in our family budget. Which enables me
to charge lower than what other photographers do.
I understand a pregnant womans' want for beautiful pregnancy portraits....and the need for the kids' holiday pictures
without the hassle of dragging them to the mall for portraits that you're never happy with.
Believe me, I've been there.
I enjoy photography and everything that comes with it. I like to make people happy with my pictures.
This isn't just a job, for me. This is a way of life.
